Dubai Hills Distress is an authorised partner agency for Emaar-developed properties within Dubai Hills Estate, including Parkside Hills, Parkside Views Residence, and Elvira. This partnership allows us to source and present available inventory, but Dubai Hills Distress is an independent brokerage and is not a subsidiary or division of Emaar Properties PJSC. Final sale contracts for any Emaar development are entered into directly in accordance with Emaar's standard sale and purchase process.
